These terms are an agreement between you and Tell Benson Inc. covering the Benson website and the early-access waitlist. By joining the waitlist you accept them.

What the waitlist is

The waitlist is a way to be told when Benson opens to new users. It is not a purchase, a subscription, an account, or a reservation. It does not guarantee that you will be invited, or when, and we may change or discontinue the programme.

What Benson will be

Benson is being built as a personal assistant you reach by text message. It is not available today. Nothing on this site is a commitment to any particular feature, price or launch date.

Text messages

Joining means we text you a verification code and, later, messages about your invitation. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Eligibility

Early access is currently open to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada. You must be the account holder for the number you submit, or have their permission, and be old enough to enter into these terms where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit a phone number that is not yours and that you do not have permission to use;
• automate, script or otherwise flood the signup form;
• attempt to gain access to the waitlist data or any part of the system that is not public;
• use the site to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. In short: your number is used to verify you and to invite you, it is not sold, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw the waitlist at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tell Benson Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the waitlist, including undelivered or delayed messages, which depend on mobile carriers outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your participation

You can leave at any time by replying STOP or asking us to delete your record. We may remove a record that appears to breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Benson develops. The version published here applies from its effective date, and continuing to take part means you accept the current version.
